Update | imToken 2.11.0 Released, supports the Ethereum merge
As one of the earliest Ethereum wallets, imToken has been committed to building the Ethereum ecosystem. And imToken will support the PoS upgrade.
The latest v2.11.0 wil also support the Layer 2 network Arbitrum Nova and the NFT management of Arbitrum wallets.

The Ethereum Merge
The Ethereum mainnet is estimated to merge with the Beacon Chain on September 15th, 2022 and move from PoW to PoS. Users don’t need to do anything since imToken will support this upgrade.
At the same time, to ensure the safety of users’ assets, imToken will briefly pause the transfer and staking functions for ETH wallets during The Merge, and resume the related functions after Ethereum is successfully upgraded to PoS. After The Merge, imToken users can continue to stake ETH on the Ethereum PoS chain.
Note: Please be aware of any potential scams during The Merge. Don’t share your mnemonic with others.
Arbitrum Wallets
Knowing All Your NFT Asset Information through the Newly Added “NFT” Portfolio
In the 2.11.0 version of imToken, you can see all the NFTs you have on the Arbitrum network through the “NFT” portfolio. The basic information and trading history of an NFT will be shown after you click it.
Download or upgrade to the latest version of imToken now to join the campaign and win NFTs.
Supporting the Sending, Receiving, and Trading of NFTs
Holders of NFTs on Arbitrum can upgrade to the 2.11.0 version of imToken to manage their NFTs through Arbitrum wallets.
In addition to the features mentioned above, NFT trading on Arbitrum will also be available for the latest version of imToken. Open your Arbitrum wallet, you can see the “Trade” icon. Click it to start your NFT trading journey.
For any changes in the NFT amount of your wallet caused by sending, receiving, or trading those assets, you will be updated by the timely push notification from imToken.
Supporting Arbitrum Nova
Arbitrum Nova, an Ethereum Layer 2 network, will be available in the latest version of imToken. On the “Wallet” page, you can easily switch to that network to enjoy DApps in its ecosystem.
What is Arbitrum Nova?
Built by Offchain Labs, Arbitrum Nova is a new Layer 2 network using AnyTrust technology. It is characterized by its ultra-low costs and high transaction volumes.
How to Use the Arbitrum Nova Wallet?
Open imToken and click “Ethereum” at the top. You can switch to your Arbitrum Nova wallet after choosing “Arbitrum Nova” on the “Network switch” page. Then, you can get started exploring its rich ecosystem DApps.
How to Update?
- Android users: You can download from the official website https://token.im or at your favorite App store (Google Play).
- iOS users: You can download from the App Store.

- Before upgrading, please make sure that all wallet identities have been backed up properly. Please write down the Mnemonic phrase on a physical paper, never store it in the network;
